We are excited to share that Marcus Rankins, Vice President of Asset Development at Metro Community Development, has been selected as this year’s Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis’ Michigan Community Spirit Award Winner!

Marcus Rankins, Vice President of Asset Development at Metro Community Development, received the 2021 Community Spirit Award on December 7, 2021. In his role at Metro Community Development, Rankins oversees small business lending, homebuyer readiness, financial counseling, and homeowner grant programs. He has worked closely with FHLBI to secure funding for community residents, and other organizations to help fund Metro Community Development’s small business loan fund. This loan fund has resulted in over $4 million in loans since 2019, to new and expanding businesses and created or retained more than 200 jobs.
