This program is required when purchasing a home from the Genesee County Land Bank. This fair housing and pre-purchase workshop will help you score your first touchdown, whether it’s deciding to purchase your first home or understanding your rights as a renter. The program will get together a game plan that will help you understand if you are ready to buy a home or protect your rights as a renter.
