The requirements to apply are simple, you have to be a for-profit, established business in Michigan, have a bank account, and be based out of Bay, Genesee, Lapeer, Livingston, Saginaw, Shiawassee, Oakland, Huron, Sanilac, Tuscola, Midland, Macomb or St. Clair counties.
